SoftHaven Shipping Policy
At SoftHaven, we aim to make your shopping experience simple, safe, and reliable. We currently deliver orders across South Africa using Aramex Courier.
Delivery Time
Our standard delivery time is usually 8–11 working days from the date your order has been processed.
Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier delays, busy periods, public holidays, incorrect delivery information, or circumstances outside of our control.
Order Processing
Once your order has been placed and payment has been confirmed, we will begin processing your order.
Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, and supplier handling times. Once your order is ready, it will be handed over to Aramex Courier for delivery.
Courier Service
SoftHaven uses Aramex Courier to deliver orders within South Africa.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details may be provided where available. Customers are responsible for making sure someone is available to receive the delivery at the address provided.
Delivery Address
Please make sure your delivery details are correct before placing your order.
SoftHaven is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional courier fees caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
This includes incorrect:
- Name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Street address
- Complex/building name
- Unit number
- Suburb
- Province
- Postal code
Failed Deliveries
If Aramex Courier is unable to deliver your order because the customer is unavailable, cannot be contacted, or provided incorrect delivery details, additional delivery fees may apply.
If the parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery, the customer may be responsible for the cost of re-delivery.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
SoftHaven will do our best to assist with any delivery issues.
If your parcel is delayed, we may contact Aramex Courier for an update. However, courier delays can sometimes happen and may be outside of our control.
Under South African consumer law, goods being delivered remain at the supplier’s risk until the customer accepts delivery.
Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please send:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged packaging
- Clear photos or videos of the item
- A short description of the issue
We will review the matter and assist where necessary according to our Refund & Return Policy.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver within South Africa only.
At this stage, SoftHaven does not offer international shipping.
